One of my most treasured possessions is a picture of my grandmother, a smiley 20 year old, sitting on the beach with her mother, father, sister and Papillon dog. This photograph is a little window into the past, it embodies for me a beautiful fleeting moment in life - I aspire to create work that has these qualities.
